📦 Shipping & Tracking
How long does shipping take?
Orders are fulfilled by Printful and typically ship within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. International orders may take 10–20 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Do you offer free shipping?

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Since our products are made-to-order through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at livingspringsnb.store@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

How do I find my size?
We have a detailed Size Guide on our website. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart before ordering.
Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
Most of our products are print-on-demand and generally always available. If a specific item is unavailable, contact us and we'll let you know when it will be back.
❓ Order Issues
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, before they enter production. Contact us immediately at livingspringsnb.store@gmail.com if you need changes.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at livingspringsnb.store@gmail.com. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update it. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
